We help engineering organizations shorten the path from merge to production without trading away signal quality. That means concrete pipeline changes, not slide decks about “delivery maturity.”
Where we work from
Our office is in Tao-Yuan Hsien. Most workshops run remotely across Taiwan time zones, with on-site days arranged when a team wants shared whiteboard time around a live CI console.
Working approach
We stay vendor-neutral across common CI systems. Engagements begin with read-only access and end with a backlog your own engineers own. We do not take over production deploys or become a permanent ticket queue.
